The Angular tutorials here span several major versions, and the titles say which. Build an Instagram Clone with Angular 1.x and Build a Google+ clone with Django and AngularJS both use AngularJS, the original framework that reached end of life in 2022 and is not compatible with modern Angular. They are worth reading only to maintain old code.
For modern Angular, ToDo App with Angular 5 (2 parts) is the simplest start and covers components, services and data binding. Build Responsive layout with BootStrap 4 and Angular 6 focuses on layout. Build an offline-capable Hacker News client with Angular 2+ (2 parts) adds service workers and offline caching, and Build A Beautiful Real World App with Angular 8 (2 parts) is the most complete project.
Angular's CLI and APIs have changed a lot since these versions, including standalone components and signals, so follow the concepts and check the current Angular documentation for setup and syntax.
